  Bad Business - This is the second time this particular situation has happened to me in the past 6 months. For their $20 Tuesday, I placed an order on an item and chose to have it shipped to my house. Living in Norman, usually items that are shipped coming from a Norman location only takes a couple days. A week had passed and I noticed I had not received an email with my shipment tracking confirmation code, so I called the store and the lady who I spoke with told me that their original shipment was delayed, but was going to arrive in a couple days. I wait about three days and call again. This time, a different lady I spoke with told me they over sold on the item, so I wouldn't be receiving my order. I told her I would not receive anything less than a refund (which they never do, only store credit). Luckily, she gave me a full refund. What really surprises me is that I had to call myself to check on my item again and again. I wonder how many people almost forget about placing an order on an item that they never receive. No doubt, I will never shop online at Stella Rae's again and it might take me a bit to even give them my business in the future, in-store.

  I have mixed feelings about this store. They do carry a lot of cute, trendy clothes and accessories; but their customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I recently ordered a shirt from Stella Rae's and received no order or shipping confirmation within a week. Their website claims items will he shipped within 3-5 days, so I decided to try and contact them about it to see what was causing the delay. I emailed both emails associated with the store and received no response. Then I decided to call, but that didn't do much help either. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and hung up on me while we talked. A few days later I called again, another employee told me that my item had not shipped because they no longer had it in store. She told me they had "-1" of the shirt in stock. This was two weeks after I had ordered it. You'd think they would have tried to contact me earlier.. She gave me store credit and that was that. I haven't shopped from there since. If anyone wants a $30 giftcard to this place let me know, I won't be buying from Stella Rae's again!!
