  My boyfriend and I came here to get our blinds cut. I made sure to call customer service before we drove to the store and specifically asked if it was okay that we didn't buy the blinds at Lowe's. Unfortunately, customer service failed to inform me that the only blind cutter they have is for a specific brand of blinds that they sell. Although it was very frustrating, their wonderful employee took the time to call around to other stores to see if any of them could cut the brand we had. I was quite pleased with how she handled everything.
