  The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received a beautiful pearl ring as a gift, bought from Goodno's. Knowing pearls are delicate and that it would need maintenance occasionally, I wasn't shy about bringing it in when a pearl would pop off. This last time they kept it for almost two weeks, when I finally got ahold of someone I was nearly yelled at. They (multiple employees) said it was my fault the pearl came off, that "YOU need to stop washing your hands with it on" and "getting it wet"... I never wash my hands with it on, I don't even keep it in my bathroom while showering because I know how sensitive to humidity the epoxy is. In the same breath, the man told me he had kept the ring for so long because it was so humid that the pearl kept falling off. No, it was not my fault. It was due to the humidity naturally occurring in the air. I do not appreciate being talked to the way Goodno's employees do, they are unforgivably rude and disrespectful to their customers.
