  The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. To get ahold of the account reps. you'll have to leave a message, to which they will NEVER return. I had to insist to the operator that I do not want to be transferred to another answering machine and to find me a person to speak to after I had been calling and leaving messages for days. I was transferred to Maurice, who responded with my explanation of their awful service and subpar equipment with "that's your opinion and you should cancel your account". This was all due to the fact that my equipment never works correctly and they are unable to get a tech out in a timely manner (more than a week) and you will still be expected to pay a ridiculous amount of money every month for a service that doesn't work. Save yourself the time and money, because this company is extremely unworthy.
