  Horrible customer service. We recently bought an entertainment center and blue ray player. I've called twice because there was not a remote and they said they would offer one. The most rude people I have ever had an encounter with. The entertainment centers door does not close and now they say it was on clearance so they can't do anything about it. They did not say it was broke in the store nor was it on clearance that I know of there were no signs not one worker disclosed that. I can probable fix these issues myself but they told me 5 weeks ago they would now they are saying we can't. I would have already done this if they would have just said it instead of telling me they would fix it.

  I have been doing Business with arrons for aprox 12 years and The Team at the Norman store have always Blown me away with WOW customer service and Excellent Service after The sale.Keep up the great work guys and gals.
